Fen is a New York State CPA with 18+ years of public accounting experience at recognized public accounting firms and an advanced taxation degree from NYU Law. She founded her practice in 2018, combining technical depth, clear communication, and a modern, technology-driven approach.
Aslam is an Audit Manager with over 17 years of accounting and auditing experience, including work at leading public accounting firms. He leads financial statement audits at a local and regional CPA and advisory firm, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and reliable financial reporting.

Thomas Wong
Thomas is a junior accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He began his career as a tax intern at a public accounting firm, gaining two years of hands-on experience. After graduating, he joined FLT & Company, where he focuses on individual tax work and collaborates closely with clients to support each engagement with accuracy and care.
Erin Zeng
Erin joined FLT & Company in February 2020 and brings strong experience in day-to-day client management. She has extensive knowledge of federal income taxation and financial and managerial accounting, and plans to pursue her CPA. Erin enjoys solving complex accounting challenges, working with clients from diverse backgrounds, and finds fulfillment in helping clients successfully navigate their tax matters.
